Course Description
Become a Medical Skin Care and Laser Specialist by starting from the very beginning!
You will begin with a foundational portion to prepare you by building a confident base for specializing in skin care by learning skin anatomy, physiology and skin analysis.
Next, you will embark on a fully comprehensive curriculum designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge to perform 9 in-demand skin care and laser medical esthetics services.

This course covers beginner and advanced skin care training, as well as laser. It is the ideal course for someone with no previous skin care training.
Wrapture Beauty Academy provides a different approach to skin care training by bringing you the most current and advanced beauty courses in Manitoba. Our program educators have many years’ experience in the beauty industry and are still active medi spa estheticians and certified laser technicians.
Education on Your Own Terms
At Wrapture Beauty Academy, we understand the demands of life, work and family, and have structured this program to be delivered using our hybrid model: a combination of online and hands-on training.
This allows you to study theory at your own pace before attending the hands-on training. Once you register, our administrator will contact you to set up your individual start dates for the program. Our theory is designed to adapt to different learning styles and fit each student’s ability and availability. It includes quizzes, tests, and reviews at the end of each chapter to help you gauge your progress and anchor new knowledge. Your practicum will take place under the guidance of an experienced educator and skin care esthetician.
