Cancellation & Refund Policy for Certificate Courses and Programs
Wrapture Beauty Academy recognizes that unforeseen circumstances may necessitate the cancellation of your registration in a certificate course or program. Given the limited availability within our courses and programs, as the commencement date draws near, the feasibility for prospective students to realign their responsibilities to secure a vacated position stemming from a cancellation diminishes. In consideration of the value we place on your educational journey, as well as that of fellow students and prospective learners, we have implemented the following cancellation policy for all cancellation requests for certificate courses and programs.
For Certificate Courses & Programs Only
This cancellation policy is for certificate courses and programs only. If you are registered in a diploma program, please refer to your handbook for information on withdrawals and refunds.
Cancellation Requests for Certificate Courses and Programs:
All requests for cancellations must be formally submitted in written format, either via email to info@wrapturebeautyacademy.com or through physical delivery to our established address at 983 St James Street, Winnipeg, MB R2H 0X2.
Please include the following information in your cancellation request
- Student Information: Clearly provide your full name and contact information to enable the Academy to reach you if necessary.
- Course Details: Specify the course or program name and start date.
- Reason for Cancellation: Present a concise explanation for the cancellation, citing any unexpected circumstances that have prompted this decision.
- Request Date: Include the date when the cancellation request is being submitted. Please note that the email date or the date of the Academy’s reception of a written cancellation request delivered in-person or via mail will serve as additional confirmation.
Cancellation Timeframes and Refunds:
- Full Refund: In order to receive a full refund, the cancellation request must be received by Wrapture Beauty Academy at least 14 days prior to the course or program start date.
- Partial Refund: If a cancellation request is received within 13 days to 48 hours prior to the class start date, it is eligible for a refund of all fees except for the registration fee.
- Final Sale: Effective within 48 hours prior to the start time of a course or program, no refund of any kind will be issued, and it is a final sale. This policy remains inviolable regardless of the circumstances surrounding the request. Within 48 hours of the start time, the certificate course or program is considered a non-refundable purchase.
Refund Processing Time:
If a cancellation is eligible for a refund as outlined by the cancellation policy, the refund amount will be processed within 10 business days of receiving a written cancellation request.
Non-Attendance:
Failure to attend a course or program without cancellation according to this cancellation policy will result in the forfeiture of all fees paid.
