- Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of purchase must be in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact including a proof of purchase such as a receipt
- Opened or used products are non-refundable due to hygiene and safety reasons. If an adverse reaction to a product occurs within 14 days of purchase, please contact us by email with details at info@wrapturebeautyacademy.com.
- Only items purchased at Wrapture Beauty Academy may be returned or exchanged. For items purchased from another retailer, please contact the original point of purchase regarding your item.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be issued as an exchange or store credit only.
