At Wrapture Beauty Academy we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that sometimes items may need to be returned or exchanged. To provide you with the best service and ensure a smooth experience, we have established the following refund policy:

Return Policy for Products (Professional and Retail Items):

  • Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of purchase must be in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact including a proof of purchase such as a receipt
  • Opened or used products are non-refundable due to hygiene and safety reasons. If an adverse reaction to a product occurs within 14 days of purchase, please contact us by email with details at info@wrapturebeautyacademy.com.
  • Only items purchased at Wrapture Beauty Academy may be returned or exchanged. For items purchased from another retailer, please contact the original point of purchase regarding your item.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be issued as an exchange or store credit only.

Return Policy for Services:

  • We do not offer refunds for completed services. Please contact us by email at info@wrapturebeautyacademy.com within 48 hours if you are unsatisfied so we can address your concerns.

  • Allergy & Reaction Disclaimer: Services and products are used with client consent. Clients should inform the provider of any known allergies. No refunds are issued due to skin reactions unless deemed a product defect.
